DO NOT rent here! I lived here 12+yrs &had to move back to Houston area due to my mom's illness. I always followed the rules, pick up dog poop, no unauthorized people living with me and the Number 1 thing from February 2008 to March 2026 not 1 time was I late with rent.(Even during COVID)I rcvd email I would be refunded$122.63 of my $200.00 deposit. Well now they say they see a check was issued but I didn't get it deposited yet. I paid all fees from previous month's rent since the fees are a month behind. Now no one is answering my messages or emails. So you will not get your deposit back. I was in an old not remodeled apartment. Also rodents and electrical problems. Water drips in the wall which causes mole. There have been numerous fires. Pull it up on Google. SMH!!! So this is the thanks I get for being a loyal tenant. Some one there put my deposit in their pocket. RUN, RUN FROM THIS PROPERTY!!!! HORRIBLE MANGEMENT

I'm not going to lie, it is like any other apartment. It has good and bad and sometimes frustrating! My ac/ heat was out all of February and even though I sent numerous messages to management none of them would admit to knowing about it. But Maria in the front is my angel, and is always making sure that things are finished and not swept under the rug! If not for Maria and Wade in maintenance, this review would be completely different. Though if Maria leaves .. UPDATE! Maria left. My AC is down again (3RD TIME) 2 days and nothing. Been up to 92 in apt. Still no hot water in master bath and no dishwasher for 3 months...got nothing from management about being without heat or AC not even a sorry! Even called corporate. . Lease is up in October and looking. Update do not move here. It has gone down hill horribly! Refuse to fix things. I had to go buy a new dishwasher so I could actually have one and now my whole building 1901 is covered in black mold! A tenant had been here 12 years had to move out since they refuse to do anything! I have now started having seizures and my family is having nosebleeds! Contacted the city and the state and they're more worried about restaurants rather than families! A lawyer has been notified and there may be a class action lawsuit!
