Made a previous review on prior management having the worst experience while living there the last year. Unfortunately, the new management did not come sooner, b they made the moving process amazing. They addressed all my issues quickly and cleared the Property promptly. It looks that the new Management are moving in the right direction and the property will not thrive… It has such potential and really was an amazing place to live in the first few months I was there. Hopefully they can get it back to that…

If you want your management to change every four hours, this is the place for you!!!! They lose Paperwork, they don’t know when your lease is expires, They don’t have copies of your lease, your car will get towed EVEN IF IT’S REGISTERED. MOLD ROACHES STALKERS POLICE CONSTANTLY ON SITE MY NEXT THE NEIGHBOR’S HOUSE WAS RAIDED MULTIPLE TIMES WHILE I WAS THERE, BUT THEY WERE NEVER EVICTED!!!! I LITERALLY MOVED OUT 3 months before me Lease was up, keeping some of my stuff there (basically paying for a really expensive stage unit 🙄) and just paying the rent because I WOULD HAVE TO PAY FEE AFTER FEE AFTER FEE BECAUSE THEY CAN’T GET IT TOGETHER!! I only kept paying it so it didn’t go bad on my credit and very never even noticed I was gone… Then at the end of my term, they’re tell me I have to pay my regular rent, which is already high enough plus a $500 fee for month-to-month leasing when I’m not even gonna be living there and I’m already moved out and lease is up make it makes sense!!! BECAUSE THEY DIDN’T KNOW MY MOVE OUT DATE ON MY LEASE BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE IT. At the end of it all I’m having to get my lawyer involved because every time you talk to them “they have no idea what you’re talking about “ But then again, they could have a lot to do with their management and changing every hour this place is a joke…

I am so pleased with the my experience! Ms. Janet and Delilah made my moving very easy. They walked me through every process and was very PROFESSIONAL! They have great customer service skills! Also, I am loving my new apartment. I HIGHLY recommend living here!
