I would not recommend The Jones Apartments to anyone. The roach problem is horrible, and management takes forever to fix any maintenance issues you report. Every time something breaks or there’s a problem, you have to keep calling and following up just to get a response. For the amount residents pay, the living conditions and customer service are unacceptable.

Worst place,over charging us 5$ monthly for pest control,every month we go to the office , they do nothing to solve this monthly headache. Hopless managment from all prospect. Maintenance is very poor plumbing, water will be stuck in the tub after taking shower, they can not resolve the problem. Bathroom over us is leaking,black mold has formed. Totally crippled managment which reflects hopless headquarter team. If the head is poor this will be,the Johns experience outcome. Frustrating. 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Roaches when I moved in roaches painted over on the cabinets and walls. They never fixed a damn thing For the last six months. The office does not answer the phone. They refused to accept agency payments. Terrible complex, terrible management, do not move here!
