What I REALLY LIKE of this apartment (Jerry's Apt THE sq Ft of the rooms . And thier other things I like and dislike. But am very happy with my apartment. Very nice ¡!

YOUR Willingness To Save MONEY? IF Overpaying Your Monthly Rent Burden; Consider Relocating to Centrally Located East Arlington and The Jerry! I've Saved a Bundle these last Five Years, PLUS these last two weeks, I'm Saving $100 Per Month Since I recently Dropped; A. My Overpriced Cellphone use, and; B. My WIFI which began five years ago at $45.00; and before I recently Quit, was increased to $102.00! NOW, With Total Wireless; Near 600 E. Arkansas Lane, I Pay $35.00 a Month for both Cell and strong Wifi, further I Bought my Equipment from Total Wireless, and Which This Month is; ONLY $25.00! I believe the accurate rate of Texas Rental increase since 2021 is approx.; 35% Increase in Rental Costs. The Jerry's DEAL is Less than One Thousand Monthly for those Gainfully Employed OR; Certified within the Tax/Credit structure The Jerry uses for approval; ie-Your HUD Voucher provides an Express "O.K."! WE Are Centrally Located! We are Not Party City, So You and Your Kids can Rest at night, Not be awoken from gun shots. ONE of The Finest Management companies in Texas; RPM; Is ultimately in charge and They are responsive to Your needs. Our Maintenance Crew is excellent. This property has been vastly improved the last two years. My large One bedroom is Comfy & Older v/s brand spanking new at probably $1,400 monthly. ONE Bedrooms Available Today, less than One Grand!

Hello this review is for the Valentine Contest Let's began by saying I absolutely love living at the Jerry's the community is wonderful , and the property' is always kept clean and well maintaince .The management team is incredibly friendly and Professional ,making me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet comfortable , and welcoming place to live. 😍🤩😘❤️💯

I've been living at the jerry going on two years and I love it. Family friendly environment, and they are always having little events for the jerry community. I would definitely recommend anyone thats looking to apply because its a great quiet and safe community 😊

I love the Jerry’s, this is my second time renting and again I absolutely love it here. My two bedroom, two bath (full baths) is spacious and the unit was perfectly clean and ready for move in. The management is professional and the maintenance men make sure to handle any problems that occur immediately!! I will never move until it’s time to move in a house.
