So, I wasnโt planning to leave a review, but after over two years of living here and an absolutely unforgettable move-out experience, I felt it would be unfair not to share. First, the positives. The apartment itself is beautiful, the units are spacious, the amenities are nice, and there are resident events at least once or twice a month. Most of the maintenance staff and Lesley at the front desk were always pleasant and helpful. Now for the rest. The hallways consistently smell, the stairwells seem to be on a โclean only if absolutely necessaryโ schedule, and spider webs are apparently considered part of the dรฉcor. Common areas are rarely cleaned well enough to justify the amount residents pay to live here. Speaking of amenities, the gym is another example of things looking better in advertisements than in reality. The Peloton bikes were frequently out of service, and the Lululemon Mirror which is supposed to be one of the premium fitness features rarely seemed to function properly either. Itโs nice to advertise luxury fitness equipment, but it helps when residents can actually use it. At some point, they became less of an amenity and more of a decorative display. Residents are charged for pest control, which would be great if there were any visible evidence that pest control was actually happening. In over two years of living here, I never once saw my unit treated, nor did I ever notice any building-wide pest control efforts. Itโs always an interesting experience paying for a service while simultaneously wondering where that service is being performed. Maintenance is quick to respond, which is great, but the quality of the work can be questionable. When I had a ceiling leak, they patched it and left a lovely discoloration behind as a permanent reminder. They also replaced my lock with a smaller one, exposing white paint underneath. My door was green, but apparently color matching was considered an unnecessary luxury. The gates and exterior doors were also broken so often that it became normal. At one point, the gate scanner stopped working so frequently that management replaced it with a motion detector. The funny part? Residents were still left thinking they needed to scan in to enter, when in reality the gate was opening because it detected movement. Nothing inspires confidence in a propertyโs security system quite like discovering itโs operating on the honor system. And letโs not forget packages. Rather than simply delivering packages to residents, everything had to go through a third-party service. So instead of the convenience youโd expect from a luxury apartment, receiving a package often felt like you were coordinating an international logistics operation. As for management, Lesley was always kind, but my interactions with the rest of the office staff were far less impressive. When I reported an ongoing noise issue, I was assured someone would speak with the upstairs neighbor. Judging by the fact that nothing changed, I can only assume that conversation was conducted telepathically. The move-out process was where things really shined. We moved out before our lease end date and requested a walkthrough. We were told someone would contact us to schedule it. Nobody ever did. Fast forward to receiving a bill for damages that largely amounted to what most people would call normal wear and tear after living in a unit for more than two years. When I went to the office to ask about the charges and why we were never given a walkthrough, I was informed that walkthroughs are optional and that they can basically charge whatever they deem appropriate. Good to know. Apparently, after paying rent for over two years, the privilege of gently existing in an apartment comes with a surprise invoice at the end. Iโm not saying donโt move here. The property looks great, and maybe youโll have a better experience than I did. Iโm simply sharing my experience so future residents know that when move-out time comes, โnormal wear and tearโ may have a very creative definition.

I have been a resident since 2024, and I especially want to recognize Lesley for her outstanding customer service. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly a people person who always makes residents feel valued and appreciated. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help go above and beyond expectations. Lesley was especially helpful during my transfer to another unit, making the process smooth and stress-free. Whenever I have questions or concerns, she is responsive, caring, and always willing to assist. I would also like to recognize Burgundy and Hailey for being supportive and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Thank you, Lesley, Burgundy, and Hailey, for all that you do. Your dedication and kindness make this a great place to live!

I recently toured Burgundy at the Jackson, and I was incredibly impressed! From the moment I arrived, the community felt welcoming, well-maintained, and beautifully designed. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The homes and amenities exceeded my expectations, and you can tell they truly care about creating a great living experience for their residents. The entire tour was enjoyable, and I left feeling excited about the possibility of calling Burgundy at the Jackson home. If you're looking for a community with a great atmosphere and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend checking them out!

This place is a joke. All the way from the management to to the trash rooms and hostility from crazy neighbors. The management doesnโt care about the protection of its residents. We had a package stolen and told us there is nothing they could do because there are no security cameras inside the apartments besides the ones facing the elevators. Donโt expect your deposit back if you have general wear and tear. They kept a deposit due to a walking path in carpet and nail holes in the wall. Thereโs no dog parks in or around the apartment. The trash rooms will literally pile up halfway to the ceiling during the weekends and weekdays. Also, even though your car will be in a secure gated area. Your car can get stolen. The hallways always smell like weed. And they never return phone calls.
