The Enclave at North Richland Hills

I’ve been staying here for almost 3 years and here’s my honest review. Today I got off of work, came home and found a dead rat lying in front of my garage. I so happened to catch the office person to see if anyone could come remove it. She informed me that since it’s after office hours, maintenance only works on emergencies. I asked her if I could get something to scoop it and remove it so it’s not just sitting there for a week since I have a flight this evening. she said no. I quite frankly didn’t understand why the office staff would want their property to be presented this way. Upon initial move in, the unit wasn’t cleaned, in which they credited me a small fee for the apartment being filthy. I’ve made multiple maintenance request for the AC, drain/ sewage not properly working, and a leak above my shower. These apartments are old and worn and it shows mostly on the exterior and on the inside corridors. They are filthy, and are in need of a renovation. The outside doors to get into the buildings are open 24/7 so the app for access to any building is pointless. The doors itself do not close all the way, are sometimes left open, and are in shabby condition.

Do not move here! There is not enough free parking for this complex and you will not have anywhere to park when you come home late for any reason. This is really to push people to pay for parking just to ensure tenants have a way to access their apartment without being towed by Apollo or the HOA of the surrounding area. No one should have to deal with the stress of whether or not they will be able to go home at night or stay somewhere else to avoid being towed. Why pay rent somewhere where you have to constantly stress about being towed or shelling out extra money for parking. Unless you plan to be put on a waitlist for reserved parking AND pay for it, this is not the place for you.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone this complex has a Ponzi and a monopoly You will not have adequate parking The management will tell you to park across the street at the high school which is illegal they built this complex without adequate parking you will get a lease without having a parking space they have parking that they have made available for payment meaning the free parking is pay parking they have a horrible company by the name of Apollo towing that they're in a Monopoly with your car will be toad away which in turn will force you to by parking that should be free this complex literally has roughly 20 to 30 free parking spaces for a complex of over a thousand the city of North Richland Hills need to step in this would not be allowed anywhere else this is an honest review I would tell any woman that would move here that works at night this is not the complex for you because you will not have parking anywhere near your home You will have to walk more than a mile to your home in the middle of the night The management is horrific and money hungry I definitely would not recommend this to anybody who believes that they should have a parking space for their car... The rent is cheaper because they get you on the back end with the parking it's a Monopoly they're making anywhere from $500 to $1,200 extra dollars per lease with the parking it's a Monopoly it's a Ponzi scheme

UPDATE: We had a pretty terrible experience shortly after we moved in and I wrote a 1-star review saying, "don't move here." Shortly after that, management did somewhat compensate us to make up for it and the rest of our time there was mostly pleasant. The parking situation was pretty bad, so I still wouldn't recommend moving there unless you don't own a car. If you do, plan to pay extra for a garage or a reserved spot and never have any guests over.

Moved in March 21st 2026 and the whole process from the moment i came to visit the community has been absolutely wonderful! I am so excited to be apart of the Enclave family <3 The ladies at the office not only are they beautiful but they are the sweeeeetestt individuals ever!! <3 Me and my family are so happy to have found this community!
