I had an amazing experience working with Ximena at the apartment complex, and I can’t say enough good things about her. From the very beginning, she was incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every step of the process, which really helped ease any stress or confusion I had. What really stood out to me was her professionalism and genuine kindness. Ximena went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, always keeping me updated and making herself available whenever I needed assistance. It never felt like I was just another resident—she truly made me feel valued and cared for. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made the entire experience so much better. She handled everything efficiently while still being warm and approachable, which is not something you always find. The charges they hit you with when you move out of that place are absolutely outrageous. A month after leaving, I went back with a money order to pay my final utility bills; at that time, Brittany told me that my security deposit would cover those payments. However, two months later, they contacted me again demanding payment, insisting that I had to pay them myself. When I confronted her, she had the audacity to claim she didn't recall me coming in to pay, nor did she remember telling me that my deposit would cover the cost. I subsequently received an itemized list of everything they were charging me for. I can understand being charged for certain things—like broken or damaged items—but they even charged me for carpet cleaning. That should be their responsibility—part of the routine maintenance they have to perform (just like painting) to get the unit ready to rent out again. They basically charge you for everything—even if they find a single mosquito living there when you move out. It’s just too much. And to top it off, they simply tell you that if you don't pay up, they'll send your account to collections.
