Joan was a tremendous help to me in my search for an apartment. I was relocating from one thousand miles away to DFW which is a completely new area to me. I kind of knew what I wanted but didn’t know where to begin. The last time I rented an apartment was 15 years ago, so my search and review skills were completely outdated.. none existent. We worked together for few days. Joan put together a list of places for me to review. She understood my specific preferences and we were able to narrow things down to 5 places. We were able to see all five in one day and then sat down to decide.
