Joan was a tremendous help to me in my search for an apartment. I was relocating from one thousand miles away to DFW which is a completely new area to me. I kind of knew what I wanted but didn’t know where to begin. The last time I rented an apartment was 15 years ago, so my search and review skills were completely outdated.. none existent. We worked together for few days. Joan put together a list of places for me to review. She understood my specific preferences and we were able to narrow things down to 5 places. We were able to see all five in one day and then sat down to decide. Joan took the time and within minutes showed me a detailed comparing of all five places for me to know the pros and cons to decide on a place. And just like that I was able to commit to a new home and all stresses were gone. She was an excellent help and I intend to ask for her services again when it’s time for me to relocate to a new apartment. Based on this experience I strongly recommend Joan at Apartment Avenue DFW to anyone in search of an apartment.

I consider myself very fortunate to have found her because she is extraordinarily professional yet very personable.
