Cheap but honestly not even worth the discomfort. Infested with roaches, ceilings weak, flooring bad. Sewage issues. O/10 recommendation. The quicker they move you the quickest you’re ready to go or put out. Management nice but there’s no communication at all.

Roaches were a constant, the ladies in the office are nice .. but honestly I'm glad they wouldn't renew my lease there's way to much noise And drama! They don't seem to do nothing about .

The management is awesome and I want to commend maintenance dept. Especially Fulgencio Ramirez who is a wonderful and polite and friendly maintenance worker. Polite, friendly and he explains what he's doing when an issue develops in the apt. Kudos!!! To him. Have a nice day.

Been here for about a month, and I love it. My place is spacious, it's quiet, but most of all, I feel safe. Norma was amazing throughout the whole moving in process and I'm so glad I found these apartments

Hello there! I recently had the pleasure of moving into Springfield Crossing Apartments, and I can't speak highly enough about my experience. The entire process, from touring the apartments to signing the lease, was seamless, thanks in large part to Norma. She was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and guiding me through each step with patience and professionalism. Norma truly went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect unit for my needs. She was always available, providing timely updates and making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The amenities and community atmosphere here are fantastic, making it a wonderful place to call home. I highly recommend Springfield Crossing Apartments to anyone looking for a new apartment, and I can't thank Norma enough for her exceptional service.
