Southpoint has been great to me I love the surrounding neighborhood and how quick Alex Munoz helped me and my dad get an apartment. Easy process and great communication. Definitely recommend.

Alex the Assistant Manager at the property was beyond Excellent!!! She walked us through the entire process. She set realistic expectations, and was very transparent and understanding. Southpoint Villas overall are extremely affordable, and you definitely get more than what you pay for here. 10 out of 10 recommend!! Go see Alex and let her know Ray sent you 💯

Really nice apartments! Everywhere is very clean and I liked that there are many floor plans to choose from. The amenities stood out to me as well, there is something for everyone to enjoy. It’s located in a great and convenient area with a high school, grocery store, and food options within 10 minutes. Overall, very appealing!

These apartments are excellent! The location is convenient to restaurants, stores and just 30 minutes from Downtown Dallas. The fitness center and pool are great amenities. The Management staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, accommodating, and address issues very quickly. Great place to call home..

I’ve been living at Southpoint for a year, and overall my experience has been positive. The apartments themselves are well-maintained. Maintenance requests are handled, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend Southpoint to anyone looking for good prices and convenient housing in Arlington.
