Ryan is excellent, professional and respectful. He's honest and reasonable. It was quiet and pretty safe for low income.

Very unprofessional staff. Office staff sucks and the leasing agent is a moron. Literally told me that I had the apartment but then she said that didn't say that. Worse rental experience ever.

It all started off well.... UNTIL I had to have maintenance come fix my caved in ceiling a mildew floors from a bad rain storm. They seemed very annoyed that they had to come fix it. The ceiling literally caved in to where I could see the beams in the building. The carpet got wet, and they left it there for several days because they had to wait for it to "dry". I am PREGNANT and had to take that smell for two days before they removed the pad out the carpet. Until this day, they left my carpet unfinished and did not replace it with a pad. Office manager kept giving me the run around. Office manager does not conduct business very well. She contacted me telling me the old assistant manager made a mistake on my lease, and the price I'm paying now is too low and they need to up my price because of a "contract discrepancy". I re signed the lease back in May. It is now the end of September and they are just now contacting me? Seems a little ironic that when I ask for something major to be fixed, now all of the sudden I'm not paying the correct amount. It's all funny to me. So as I said, it started off great here, but the moment an emergency happens and the office manager has to actually work, you will be on her bad side. Good luck future people to move here!
