Rise West Arlington

I am a current resident here at Rise West Arlington, I lived here for over 10 years and yes there has been a lot of changes here over the years. You have read about the bad changes, but I want to mention the good changes that is currently in progress. Nicole Yeomans was sent to this community to help change it back to the great community it was . Yes it's a work in progress and everything won't be fixed over night but with the improvements I seen Nicole Yeomans make I am confident that this community will be as great as it once was. Im so convinced of what's ahead I signed another lease here because Nicole Yeomans took great care of all my concerns and issues. As long as she is here im very comfortable with living here

Very disappointed in this apartment complex, management, and maintenance. Constantly had leaking outside the apartment inside and told them took a while for that to get fixed. Mind u they just aired it out and painted over it. Took a whole month to get ac fixed and I was pregnant and have kids. When moving out came to see I had mold in the apartment that me and my kids were living in.

Don’t live here if you don’t want your kids, family, pets, and probably yourself living in unhealthy conditions . They have mold everywhere in the unit, specially on the old kitchen cabinets and even the cabinets in the bathroom. Also the leaking ceiling from other unit above me, it’s leaking down through the light in the kitchen and falling down very disgusting water , smells like sewer water and guess what I have to clean it up every single day . I have requested the maintenance but no one come to fix it , the requested always marked completed but there is no changes at all. They just want to take the rent money and they actually don’t give any attention or care to their tenants. Also now they makes each unit pay for carport, each carport is 25$ , which is very expensive compared to other newly build apartments. I live here almost three years without no parking fees, but now they start to charges a lot of money. This apartment complex now is very rude and ridiculous. Please stay away

I live here so for current information, the office is never open, they move people in right in without properly cleaning the apartments, cob webs and wasp nest, molded walls painted over. Doors and windows are not sealed so a lot of outside bugs. You maybe even be moved into an apartment that has had flooding issues in the past without your knowledge. You will be charge for so many “amenities “ that you don’t use or can’t use. You will be charged and serviced by the police for unpaid rent even if you do pay on time. Only if I knew !!

I have lived here from 2021 upto 2025 in May. I had to move and I lived in 226 but Nicole has been a blessing to me, she is very understanding and listening. Every time am late on rent and I speak to her, she understands. I didn't want to move because of her. Pretty as she is,you expect her to be mean but very understanding. Am gona miss her services. And the maintenance team to me is quick to fix shit. I love you guys
