This is the perfect place to move to if you looking to start over and save some money. The apartments are old, but decent. Management is very courteous and attentive. Maintenance is fast and efficient as well. I’m enjoying my stay so far.

I would give negative stars if possible. It made me give one star. Constant noise, no hot water 28 times this year. I have every date of every complaint or notification of no hot water documented. Even wrote a lengthy letter detailing the issue to Corporate with no response. Management is non existent, don’t respond to complaints. I have posted (over 15) them both through the resident portal, hand delivered to the office staff in letter form and phone calls. Not one single response. So don’t believe the responses they make on these reviews. Stay far away from this place. Worst housing experience of my life.

This absolutely horrendous place to live my rent keeps climbing by the month by $100 each time my vehicle was towed because the person that prepared my lease fell to tell me we had to register our vehicle my AC has gone out 2 times with in the first month I specifically asked about any extra fees I was told all your going to pay is water and cable, I later found out that I was also paying for wifi which is not optional I also get charge fee for things that they do not provide this place is a total scam my apartment walk way floods like a river, a tree branch fell a few weeks ago and I let the office people know and no one has came out to do anything about it, there is cable wiring exposed everywhere! The fees are ridiculous and make no sense. If you’re looking to stay at apartments stay away from these apartments I downgraded to a compact apartment to be able to save my last apartments were town Homes they were very spacious and I was paying the same amount I pay here with all the added fees.

ALL TENANTS DOCUMENT EVERYTHING & REPORT THIS PLACE TO THE CITY⚠️🚫DO NOT RENT HERE🚫⚠️ I moved in June 1st and was there less than 2 weeks and my apartment had hot water issues then started FLOODING! This entire community has FLOODING and HOT WATER ISSUES they won't tell you or fix it! They will completely IGNORE YOU and then when you go to the office management they gaslight you and give you FALSE INFO. Haley the assistant manager in the office said the owners don't want to pay to fix anything properly, that they just put bandaids to avoid fixing it and theres nothing that they can do, and blamed maintenance for not doing her job. I've had to live with family since this started and as of today June 30th the issues still haven't even been identified. I requested out of my lease and money back multiple times, but Haley and the office staff actively ignores all calls/emails, so you have to go in person if you want a response. This is a TOXIC business and I've contacted a lawyer because its plain WRONG, they are KNOWINGLY scamming people! I hope these people are held accountable for how they're treating their tenants, no one deserves this.

Maintenance requests are marked "completed" without anybody showing up to do the repairs. The A/C doesn't work (indoor temp is consistently 80+°), water has been leaking from the ceiling all week (I've contacted the office daily since putting in the work order and haven't received a response), a cabinet wiggles like a loose tooth and is about to fall off the wall, I had to put in three work orders before someone fixed the sink faucet that wasn't connected to the counter at all, and they charge for cable when the unit can't even get cable because the cord is literally severed. The water gets turned off almost every month for hours at a time, frequently without warning. I have found management and staff to be wholly unreliable and am counting down the days until the lease is up. Hopefully the unit doesn't literally fall apart before then.
