I’ve lived at Ridgewood Preserve for some years now and it has potential, but the maintenance issues make it hard to fully enjoy living here. Plumbing problems seem to pop up regularly, and recently I went 3 days without proper A/C , even after submitting multiple work orders. The nights were brutal! The apartments themselves have a nice layout and the location is convenient, but the lack of urgency makes it very frustrating!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recently visited Ridgewood Preserve Apartment Homes and was greeted by Angela Gonzalez, the property representative. She was so warm and welcoming! Angela gave me a great tour of the property—the lobby was beautiful and very well maintained, and the swimming pool was sparkling crystal clear (I seriously wanted to jump in right then and there!). Even though there weren’t any units available at the moment, Angela took the time to show me around and said she’d keep me in mind as soon as something opens up. Thank you so much, Angela, for your kindness and professionalism. Looking forward to hearing from you soon!

Lindsay was SUPER great! She made sure all the little things in my unit were taken care of before I got my keys! She explained everything so well and gave us a lot of VALUABLE HONEST information! My unit was beautiful! Nice clean and very well taken care of. The outside is clean and well kept! I love it here already and I just got my keys today!!

I give three stars for the awesome management. When we were looking Lindsay made it super smooth and easy. I don’t really have any complaints except there are so many fees. My base rent was $1100 but with all the fees it came out to be around $1500+. Half of the utilities such as cable and trash valet I didn’t even need. There were also some little things that could have been better but overall not a bad place to live despite how pricey they were.

Seriously wonderful experience! Just moved in yesterday and the entire process was smooth, simple, and quick. The apartment is clean and the complex is nice. Latonia was a great help in getting me moved in quickly! Looking forward to the time I spend here - like hanging out poolside 😉
