I have been to the Subway and the Metro store at this location only. My review is regarding my experiences at those stores and no other. Avoid both, the subway does not answer phone calls. They do not participate in the advertised specials or buy one get one events. They shouldn't be allowed to use the name Subway. The Metro store is where I got my phone replaced. I lost my phone at the Tom thumb across the street and within 20 minutes a Tom Thumb employee or some other low life decided to steal my phone and not turn it in. So, I wouldn't advise going to the Tom Thumb here either. Back to the Metro PCS store. They will con you in to getting the worst phone with a bunch of lies just to make a sale. The Metro phone Customer Service said that my experience sounded questionable but, they are more helpful than this location. The most recent visit pertained to a free bag that just became available on a Tuesday in early July as part of their T-Mobile Tuesdays program. The program gives metro and T-Mobile customers free items or discounts and activate on a specific Tuesday. When I went in to inquire about the bag, the sales rep told me they were given out last week. They did not have any more. He tried to convince me that the offer was the previous week. Even after showing him the day and the amount of time I had to claim the offer in my app. He stuck to lying about the offer being over already. Unreliable, untrustworthy and dishonest. That should be all you need to know to stay away from all three of these stores.

Hey y'all. It's dangerous for me to go shopping in these stores. I always find more than what's on my list and end up spending too much cause"I've just got to have it." π€

All l can say is it looks nice from the outside. I chauffered my friend there. She enjoyed her shopping. I went to Stein Mart, do not go with your girlfriend. You'll feel the pain from saying yeah it's all right yeah, why is that so expensive...

The stores have been newly renovated. It's clean and easy to find items in the grocery store. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is ample room for parking and handicap accessible.

I was told that when I returned I could have the discounted price on the wallet phone case. As the young man was helping me, the lady rd me"Oh, I can't do the wallet". Tricking people, was my response. Out of the circle of trust, and service sucks on the phone.
