Parkside Apartments

I am writing this review,I had issues within my unit,corporate got involved and corrected all issues as quick as possible,minore issues fixed ,washer and dryer installed in my unit as promised upon move in,I got corporate involved and they went over and beyi to satisfy my needs and my unit which I finally feel at peace and satisfied in my unit. Corporate and the property manager Cynthia who is extremely amazing and should get a huge raise because any issues brought to her attention to made sure I was taken care of and made as a priority as a new residence. Every correction done in my unit was fixed and put me at ease.Corporate also communicated and checked on me a few times out the week to make sure my needs where handled to the best of there ability,and now I a finally pleased and happy in my home. Communication and acknowledgement is key and they mastered that to my liking. Thank you Parkside at Arlington for assisting all my needs.

Parkside Arlington in Arlington Texas on Cooper St is the best apartments. Please come and rent from this complex and company Tipton. The staff here is over whelming Great. The maintenance will come anytime and fix the need if it's not to strenuous. The apartments are new, clean and spacious. Management I can't say enough about. What ever situation you are in they will do THEIR BEST to work with and help you, they have resources that you can call and at least to see if they could help you in any kind of way. Please seek out for the new year and make a new start and make Parkside Arlington your NEW HOME to STAY. Don't forget to mention me for a referral. Thanks

My daughter moved into these "apartments" on Friday may 8thand its being a complete nightmare for her from no ac to missing drawers and no knob in the shower to adjust water temperature or turn it on just a hole in the wall and no hot water. She has two toddlers the ac issue has been resolved but the no hot water is completely unacceptable she cant bathe her small children in cold water she cant even use her shower in her bathroom if she wanted a 2 bedroom 1 bath thats what she would have gotten but she pays for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom .The office k ows of these issuesbut have done nothing to resolve it.They want there rent on time these issues need to be addressed in a timely manner and a week later and nothing has been done at the very least the drawer 3 to be exact should have already been fixed. Do Better NO one Deserves to be Bathing babies in freezing cold water.... Period.....

Just moved here a month ago ac has been out over a week apartment is 80 degrees inside they refuse to fix it update 2 weeks and counting

Excellent service, very friendly administrative staff, very quiet. The only thing I would like you to consider is whether the gate at the back of the property that leads to the school can be opened soon. Several neighbors who live here have to walk through the adjacent apartments and turn around to get to the school, and it's quite a long walk. I hope to have a positive response by the next school year. Thank you very much.
