If you are looking for a safe, quiet and affordable home, Palos Verdes Townhomes is for you. It was my home for almost 8 years, and I can't say enough great things about this community. Renee, Shonda, and the rest of the staff work hard to make sure the homes are well maintained.

I’ve been living here for 6 years now and I absolutely love it! Nice neighborhood, friendly residents, and great Mansfield District schools. The floor plans are very spacious, it feels like you live in a house. Also, this is a pet friendly property!!! Maintenance crew are fast and efficient. Renee, the manager is always helpful with tenants. She works closely with Arlington Police Department which is pretty awesome because being a family oriented community means we have no time for drama... zero tolerance at this property!!!

I have been a resident at Palos Verdes Townhomes for over 5 years now, and have had the privilege of living within several of the different floorplans this property has to offer. The property Manager, Renee Riddle, has always been very accommodating to my needs, whether I needed to upsize or downsize given whatever current situation life had thrown at me. She continues to make improvements on the property to make PVT a luxury style community. From flooring upgrades, new countertops, fireplace remodels, and most recently updated cabinets. I tried a brief stint in an apartment, located closer to my boyfriend's work, but quickly found myself regretting the living situation and we moved back to PVT once our lease was up. This place will remain our home until we purchase a home of our own. The maintenance guys are great, efficient and prompt, and any issues I have had within my unit have been addressed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend living here, so long as you are not opposed to following the rules, such as paying your rent on time and not putting your trash out on a non-trash day. The manager is tough, but fair, and strives to keep PVT a clean, safe and riff-raff free place for her residents to call home!

I have lived here since 2011 and my experience has been great! Management does an excellent job maintaining the property and is always willing to assist you if a needs arises. The has a hands on approach with the maintenance issue making it a plus to getting problem resolved easier and quicker. The amenities exceed all others similar townhouses.

We have lived here for five years and are sad to go. We would have stayed longer if it wasn't for our purchase of a new home. Renee was such a great help with our transition to Texas when we first arrived. Through the years we have witnessed her, along with the maintenance workers transform this community with many upgrades. She works really hard to make sure you feel safe by overseeing and removing unruly residents. She may be tough to some but she is fair and makes sure that Palos Verde Townhomes is a family oriented community. We can't thank you enough Renee for all you do. We appreciate you and will be truly missed.
