Living here 4yrs now . Maintenance and management don't care about the tenants. Always a leak somewhere and water is completely off or no hot water for days with no notice. Had a leak in the kitchen for 2 months . Supposedly been fixed . Water under the floor squish when walked on . Maintenance came pulled out dishwasher been a week have not been back. Kitchen smells like sewage and mold building up. If I could afford to move, I would in a heartbeat

Nabaha who is a worker here at the paddock ( maintenance man) works really hard to improve the quality of the apartments. I especially likes his decation to punctionly response to work orders as they come out. Thank you paddock apartments! 😜😄😋
