I have been living at Mercer Park for 12 years and I enjoy my complex. Neighbors are friendly and the staff is awesome.They work with you.They communicate with you and they try to get everything done in a timely matter. I most definitely recommend Mercer Park if you looking for a nice clean place to have your family live here.

Whenever I’ve had issues, they were promptly resolved. The manager has been extremely helpful, and I truly appreciate the urgency and care she demonstrated in addressing my situation.

I lived at Mercer Park for over 18 months and had a very negative experience. Serious security issues: drugs, thefts, and strangers wandering around with no control. Management does not respond, and when you report problems, they take retaliatory actions, even trying to charge unfair fees when you decide to leave. I do not recommend this place if you are looking for safety and fair management.

Kudos to Miss Ashley and her team. My house had flooded, and I needed a place to live. And my biggest concern was my washer and dryer that i've had just purchased. Miss Ashley and her team were able to deliver. I was able to keep my washer and dryer. I have a Beautiful granite kitchen with a spacious living room, dining room area. I enjoy the flooring. The parking is great and the security on the premises is top, notch. The maintenance team is the best which is something I have not seen in a while. They do deliver when it comes to repairs. I love how my town home has that bathroom for my guest. I'm enjoying all the natural light that comes into my new place. I'm enjoying the tranquility and the pool. Just wanted to say thank you to the team at Mercer park for their outstanding customer service. Thank you, miss Ashley for all you do. ❤️
