I have lived in this community for 10 years, and I can truly say that five stars are not enough. If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. From management to staff to maintenance, everyone has always been professional, respectful, flexible, and on time. Anytime we needed assistance, the response was quick and efficient, and issues were handled smoothly without stress. We never had major problems, and that speaks volumes about how well this community is managed. What I appreciated the most is the communication, reliability, and genuine care shown to residents. Living here for a decade has been a positive and peaceful experience, and that is not easy to find. Thank you so much to the management team, staff, and maintenance for your dedication and hard work. You truly set a great example of what a well-run community should be. I am very grateful for all these years.

When I helped my daughter pick a place, we never thought anything negative about this place. We signed a 14 - or 15-month lease. For the most part, things are OK. They could stand to clean the spider webs and stuff on the railings and wall of the outside. When my daughter's apartment was almost broken into and damage to her door, there was such a lack of empathy, and we were told my daughter would be responsible for damages. Crazy how the victim is responsible. Now, my daughter woke up to a leak in the wall of her bathroom a couple of weeks ago. All her toilet paper and other things ruined due to the water. The maintenance said it wasn't an emergency, and she had to deal with that for 3 days before it was fixed. The result of this has led to my daughter now having rats coming into her apartment. She is ready to leave so bad because now she is seeing the rats in her closet, pantry, and kitchen. So now we are having to be pest control and try to figure out where they are coming from and setting traps and poison to kill them. I am pretty sure they will say there is nothing they can do. I can't even recommend this place anymore. Worse property management I've ever dealt with.

I just moved to the property at the end of April and so far I am very happy. I normally don’t leave a review this quickly but this community far exceeded my expectations. The leasing staff is beyond helpful. Not only did they assist me with understanding the amenities, after moving in they sent me a text message to see how I was enjoying the property. This was the first time this has ever happened in my experience and I find that to be not only good customer service, but also that the staff genuinely cares about their tenants. When I moved in my latch on my patio was upside down and it was fixed by maintenance very quickly and the community is very well maintained. I was also pleasantly surprised that I had wall to wall flooring with no carpet, with all the allergies that I have it’s a huge plus. If you are looking for an apartment community, definitely check this place out.

I have been here for almost two years and couldn’t be happier! The maintenance crew are on top of things. They fix things next day and most of the time same day. The grounds are kept nice and clean and trimmed. I am truly Happy here at Liv on the Green, I have a lovely apartment, quiet neighbors and a great staff works here. My apartment is just beautiful. I was worried my oversize furniture would be too big for this place, but it fits in perfectly, and is real cozy.

I lived at Liv On The Green for 12 months, and I absolutely loved it! The leasing office staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. A standout feature is that they always answer their phones—a rare and refreshing quality compared to many apartment complexes nowadays. The community amenities are fantastic: an updated gym, parcel lockers, and two well-maintained pools. The property itself is older, so naturally, some things may require occasional maintenance. However, the maintenance team is incredibly timely and reliable. I rarely had issues, but when I did, they were addressed promptly. The property is generally clean, including the dumpster area, which is well-maintained. While there are times when tenants don’t keep it tidy, the maintenance team consistently resolves any mess by the next day. One area where I felt improvement was needed was the patio. I was excited to make the most of the space, but the cracked cement foundation and algae buildup from rain made it less inviting, even after it was power-washed. While I was assured the foundation was stable, its appearance suggested otherwise, making it feel unappealing. I hope future tenants can fully enjoy their patios, and I’d love for these reviews to be taken into consideration so that improvements can be made to the cement foundations, creating a more visually appealing and enjoyable experience. Additionally, during the summer, the play area can become hectic with unsupervised children acting rowdy. While the leasing team does a great job stepping in and enforcing rules, when necessary, better tenant supervision would certainly help. I also encountered an issue with a neighbor smoking indoors, which caused the smell to travel into my apartment. Thankfully, the leasing office addressed this promptly, and it wasn’t a recurring issue. Overall, I had a great experience living at Liv On The Green. If it weren’t so far from my job, I would have gladly renewed my lease. This is a wonderful community with excellent staff, great amenities, and a clean, welcoming environment.
