I’ve lived here for about 4 months and it’s been good so far. Maintenance has been consistent and professional. When things were out of their hands (elevator), they communicated why and how they were trying to solve it. Cassandra at the front office is great and very helpful as well.

Be very careful living here as the people in the office are extremely dishonest. I have a roomate i do not feel safe with and have gone to the office several times to find a solution. They have straight up lied to me about a transfer and then have continued to ignore me ever since including Will Mesalien who is one of the managers I have also had a problem with maintenance coming in to my room while I’m asleep and waking up to them in there made me feel extremely uncomfortable.

I just moved into Liv+ Arlington and I can't say enough of the staff and their hospitality. The maintenance man Seth, is exceptional with His work. He enjoys it. That's important. I had some minor issues in my unit and He fixed them all. I really am impressed by the front desk group. They not only take pride in their work, but they insure our comfort of living here is their top priority. I'm very impressed with the maturity of everyone I've met with thus far.

I had a great time with Regina, the style is very modern with a heavy home feel. Awesome front desk and amazing smiles!😀

The staff is absolutely phenomenal. On my move-in day, they made it so easy to get everything done. I was able to complete everything in less than five minutes. They are super friendly and outgoing anything and everything you need. They are willing to help and I absolutely love the fact that I am living here.
