I've been a resident at this apartment complex for a while, and I've witnessed several management changes. The current team stands out for their exceptional efficiency. Maintenance requests are now addressed promptly, often on the same day or the next. The A/C and heating system are reliable, and the swimming pool is well-maintained and clean. Overall, I'd highly recommend living here. It’s been a great experience!

I moved here around December of 2024. Amparo was very nice and organized and professional. She made my welcome at my first apartment homey. The apartments are very quiet and nice looking.

-DO NOT LIVE HERE- The management asked residents to leave a five star reviews so the residents can get $50 off on the rent. I chose not to cuz I have been experiencing some unpleasant experiences with the management team. Last month when I was out of town I got a $200 charge to my account saying that my water is on and my downstair neighbor’s apartment got flooded, however it was the management made a mistake, it was later found out someone else’s water, but they charged to mine. Today I found out they charged me $25 pet fee and $100+ accumulated late fees to my account earlier this month. Remind you I never had a pet in my apartment. I don’t get it why they could consistently make mistakes like that, to me not once, but twice- one mistake each month! (Who knows if they are making similar mistakes to other tenants). & also the monthly fee (rent+trash) from $910 raise to $935 without any notice. Even tho the office lady is nice, but it continues making the same kind of mistakes is definitely making the experiences worse. Now I’m considering about moving out when my lease is up.

Since moving into Linda Vista Apartments, there has been no problem for me Personally, I put in for maintenance and it has come in a reasonable time span. Also did a great job. Work wise The secretaries are outstanding and wonderful, very driven to keep this place running and renovated in my opinion and pick up every time.no complaints from CW keep it up ladies 🫱🏼🫲🏾🌹 🗣️- RueDay57

The girls who work there are very cooperative and nice. The maintenance has also become good and everyone is cooperating for the best. As for the housing rent, it is very reasonable and appropriate. I hope they continue this wonderful work. Thank you so much for everything
