Paige was phenomenal! She helped me tour 2 apartments. Was very pleasant and informed me of everything I needed to know and answered all of my questions.

Paige is absolutely the best assistant manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with/being with. Reminds me of home and single handedly makes me want to release here! ❤️

I really considered just not leaving a review but I feel obligated to share my honest experience at Lenox Cooper for future residents considering this community. I would hate for someone to fall into the trap I fell into. When I first moved here in 2024, I genuinely loved the community. It was brand new, taken care of… The original staff was professional, responsive, and attentive. Unfortunately, since the office team changed, the experience has significantly declined. The current office leadership, specifically Stephanie (Property Manager) and Paige (Assistant Property Manager), have been consistently unprofessional and dismissive. I was labeled “rude” simply for questioning policies that contradict what is written in the lease agreement. Asking for clarification on lease terms should not be met with hostility. Residents deserve professionalism and consistency. Customer service standards are lacking. Basic courtesy such as communication, follow-through, and respectful interactions feels non-existent. Unless you’re new and they are trying to reel you in to sign up. Despite repeated mentions of industry experience, the assistant manager demonstrates very little in terms of customer care & she also fears somehow sharing her name when I called in just to verify who I was talking to since with this team, you had to literally document everything since they always switch up their responses. There are also serious operational concerns: • Ongoing roach and small bug issues… also RATS. • Hallways and common areas frequently dirty… never cleaned even after sending multiple emails requesting cleanliness consistency • Dog waste left throughout the property… along with dog stations always full or no doggy bags available. • Front gates are open more than they are closed. • Guest parking is paid, which was not always a thing, so good luck with having visitors over. (I had to pay for a garage and a carport to make this happen for myself) • Walls are extremely thin • Resident events often end early or do not occur as advertised • Management rarely walks the property, so issues go unnoticed. Additionally, the towing company used by the property has wrongfully towed my vehicle multiple times. The process to resolve those situations was frustrating and costly. The company themselves suck and have terrible customer service. There have also been concerns about residents’ information being shared inappropriately, which raises serious privacy and fair housing concerns. It often feels like management picks and chooses who they want to treat respectfully. I have personally witnessed a decline in maintenance follow-through and communication. Many residents have expressed dissatisfaction but renew simply for convenience. Numerous move-outs have involved complaints about high final charges. Building 2 in particular has ongoing issues, which staff themselves have acknowledged. Be ready to expect uncleanliness with a sprinkle of roaches and other rodents. This property had great potential and beautiful aesthetics, but leadership and management execution matter. Unfortunately, the experience no longer matches the image being presented. If you are considering moving here, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research and speak to current residents before signing a lease…. Choose wisely.

Best apartments in Arlington, hands down. We moved in when the community first opened in 2023 and just moved out last week. Finding a new place after Lenox was honestly tough because they truly did an incredible job with the entire build. The apartments are thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. The walk-in closets aren’t just spacious, they’re efficient, with built-in shelving that actually makes the space usable. Location: 10/10 – Right off Cooper St., close to UTA and I-20. Apartment layout: 10/10 – Spacious, functional, and well thought out. Amenities are nice, especially the gym. Staff: 11/10 – Stephanie and her team are amazing. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. We’re definitely going to miss this place.
