My boyfriend and I have been touring apartments for the past week. This apartment wasn’t even on our list but it was right by a complex that we scheduled a tour with that stood us up! As soon as we walked into Lakeside Villas we were greeted by TeAndrea! It immediately felt like home! SHE WAS GREAT! Customer service was through the roof. We were able to look at any unit they had available. She let us take our time and answered any questions we had. The community was nice, clean and quiet. You can tell the residents love where they live! Lakeside Villas definitely made its way to our apartment search list! Thank you TeAndrea for your help and exceptional customer service! You left a lasting impression on us. If you’re on the hunt for an affordable, nice, and clean complex stop by and speak with TeAndrea. You might have just found your next home!

My experience so far has been nothing but good! Everyone in the office has been very helpful and made the moving in process very easy. We did have a few issues, but special thanks to TeAndrea in the office for always getting back to me in a timely manner and checking on us through the whole process. She is amazing!

Well let me to tell you about Lakeside Villas today I did a tour and Ms. TeAndrea greeted me with a smile. Looking to move in January 2026 this will be definitely called home. TeAndrea she was great. Hands down. Please let her know I sent you. She’s amazing with great customer service. Hint. She’s definitely needs a bonus.

When I moved in April 2025, the management at the time was very helpful. Davokie and Teandrea were the front desk team that helped me with my move in process so I want to give a shout out to them. They are very Personable and are on top of their duties. maintenance requests were completed very quickly too. I know management has changed recently and I haven’t had any issues yet. The new management seems to be more focused on community engagement so it has been nice to see the events they are having! Free breakfast, more face-to-face time with management, decorating contests, they all are great so far!

We have lived at Lakeside Villa for two years on the 3rd floor and have loved our one bedroom apartment. We have a great view from building 14 looking North. We now have a 1st floor apartment with two bedrooms. We feel safe here, the price is right for my husband and I. We have a garage for our EV and love the management here. Maintenance is great. We looked at several apartments in the area and this one still was the best fit for us. Our doggy will have a little yard also which is a win.
