So they are are infested with roaches . From day one since I’ve moved it I’ve seen nothing but mama,daddy,and baby roaches. I understand that they are income based but that does not mean ignore cleanliness and extermination. I’ve bombed,sprayed,and put down boric acid . I just got here not too long ago and for the price they can keep it because it’s not worth the embarrassment and paranoia!!

Be careful. People who live there steal packages and impersonate you. A person named Johnson signed for a package pretending to be me, causing me to lose a lot of money. He could have returned the FedEx package; just because it was sent to his apartment didn't give him the right to accept it.

I’ve recently gone there and the office is always closed it’s crazy, and when I went in there to get information I was informed that there was a closed waitlist but prior to me walking in I spoke with a resident there and she told me there was many vacants. Also, I asked the resident how long it took her to get approved and moved in and she told me within days. The manager there didn’t even break down the app and admin for me she just gave me a floor plan with prices for a 2 bed and turned her chair around and just left me there? Im a leasing agent at another property and this falls under fair housing. Definitely was thinking of suing. I will find corporates number and speak to them directly over this.

Updated Review 9/19/23 We have been living here for 3 1/2 months now and i love it. Its a great place that is affordable and the manager is super kind to ALL of the residents. I highly recommend this property! Previous Review The manager is really sweet . I have stopped by and called multiple times. I was able to get out on the waiting list & can’t wait to get the phone call something has opened up 🤞🏽

The maintenance man Marvin is so awesome he goes above and beyond for this property I always see him pick up debris in the hall way as well as the property when it’s super cold out! The trash be so piled up from residents not placing it in the trash an I’m talking piled up to where you can’t walk in. But he gets the job done I asked him was he ok he looked at me with a nice smile and said yes he doesn’t mind because he loves his job. He has a kind soul he’s kind to everyone. He fixed my lock in less than 10 minutes most people would have said they was busy but he gets the job done
