After looking at many different options, I decided to make this community my home, and it has been a wonderful experience. Brittany was incredibly kind and professional, helping me throughout the application process and answering all of my questions. Jamie was very respectful and took the time to explain details about both the apartment and the community. Jamie and Salome have always been attentive and willing to help whenever needed. The community is peaceful, and I received my apartment in perfect condition. So far, I have not had any issues or complaints. I have even recommended this community to several of my friends, and some of them will be moving here soon. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful, modern, and quiet place to live. 100% recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Jaime was incredibly personable, honest, and thorough while showing me apartment options. She took the time to clearly explain the history of the property and answered all of my questions with transparency and professionalism. As someone new to the area, I really appreciated how knowledgeable and informative she was throughout the process. She made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision, and I’d highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for a new place to call home without a mortgage.

Discretion advised! They literally let you apply just to deny you right after you pay for all non refundable fees! Literally met all qualifications make well past the 2.5x the rent just to get denied bc they can’t get in contact with my previous apartment complex whom is down the street! So yes please proceed with caution!

Ive lived in this apartment for 5 months now and fell in love. The apartment was clean, the a2 lay out fit so roomy for my infant son and I. The office staff is kind and reasonable, the maintenance staff is attentive and quick to assist. Their staff altogether you can tell takes their jobs seriously. I truly have no complaints based on the price and unit I picked especially how easy it is to access the highway! I do hope the gates would be shut but they have said that is in the works. Update: Renewed and moving to a floor apartment. Still having a great experience a year later, and have even recommended another that have moved in and like it as well!
