I have lived in these apartments for over a year and have never had any problems with the management, the neighbors, or the apartment itself. If anything ever needed attention, the team always resolved it within 72 hours. I’m very happy with how peaceful and comfortable this place is for me and my family. Esther and Isabela have been very kind and professional since the day I moved in. I truly appreciate their help and great service.

Pls read the contract before deciding to move here. I was going to PAY to break the lease BC the parking sucks the noise the constant weed and cigarette smell coming thru the vents ALSO the roaches mind u I saw a roach less than 5 months of being here anyway the office said we would have to pay to break the lease then keep paying rent till someone rents it the dumbest thing I ever heard. I really wish I didn’t move here not to mention the constant water issues. Good luck showering with Out the water going from hot to cold the whole time and they also have the water off almost every other month

Life at HP has been so good! Going on 2+ years now and am very happy. The office staff are so kind, and accommodating. They often have fun community wide events, too! Maintenance is prompt, and respectful. Definitely recommend giving this a good look, if youre wanting a quiet and safe complex.

I have lived at hunters point for going on 5 years now so I want to share an honest review of my experience Pros: -Phenomenal Management There are a lot of similar looking similarly priced apartments in this area but the thing that makes Hunters Point stand out is the management. I have lived at apartments with terrible management and I can tell you this will make or break a living experience far faster than granite or upgraded amenities will. As long as Esther and Cesar are still working here, be 100% assured you will always get your concerns addressed in a timely manner and that they truly do care about your quality of life and experience here. -Nearly Immediate Maintenance The maintenance has as far as I can recall, always taken less than 24 hours to address any of my concerns. Things are fixed properly and they are always respectful about entering your home -Pest control/grounds The grounds are always well kept, I never have pest issues, they seem to always be doing upgrades to keep the residence safe like adding a speed bump on the blind corner and new gates that open conveniently with an app -Neighborhood I go on walks every single day, the neighborhood is pretty and there are always a ton of other people out walking as well so it feels safe. It’s also so close to River Legacy trails that you can walk or bike by the river and I love that even more Cons: -Water Interruptions This is an honest review, and like others have said, the water WILL be turned off for hours regularly. It really isn’t that big of an issue though, 99% of the time there will be a 24 hour warning, and it is usually during the middle of the day when most aren’t home/not needing to shower. I do always keep a gallon of drinking water in my fridge because of this just in case. If you have children that stay at home during the day and get messy I could see this being more of a concern. -Pool The pools are only open from Memorial to Labor Day. This is very annoying to me because a big draw for me to live here was the hot tub, but you cannot use it because the gates are locked to it durning the winter and the pool is closed after 10 in the summer. So unless you want to go in a hot tub in 100 degree weather, don’t look at the hot tub as an amenity. However, this is a pretty minimal issue in the grand scheme of things and I understand it has something to do with the city of Arlington so it is less about this apartment per say, and more of maybe an incentive to move the 2 miles over to Grand Prairie if that is important to you. Overall any other cons I might have would just be personal preferences that you can easily see during the tour. I have loved living here and would probably stay here for as long as it stays under the same management.

The staff is great! They were very helpful when trying to move in. They were the only ones who were actually responsive to calls and/or emails. The office has also been so helpful and kind whenever I’ve had questions or needed help. And a special note about the maintenance team. They are SUPER responsive and timely. They answer requests quickly and are so helpful and kind. Ex. My ac was having issues in the middle of summer and someone was over in less than 30 minutes to help resolve the issue and didn’t leave until they knew it was working properly. They are incredible. Such a wonderful staff!
