I really enjoy living here. The staff has been wonderful in helping with all my needs. It’s challenging year for all I am sure. The staff here at Hidden Valley is number 1. Always willing to assist!

the apartment complex got new staff, n it seems she know what she is doing, i put a work order and it got done am excited. thank u isabel for helping me with my work order n for having a smile on ur face.

I just can't belive that everything i go to the leasing office its some lady with a bad attitude that knows nothing. She is always talking to us like we're stupid and lying about the managers location. I went today's and had to deal with the same charade of having to deal with a nasty attitude. I pray they change the lady there or else im leaving as have many residents have. It better be a management change or else they will see everyone leave. Ther is no reason to stay if the manager is useless

One of the staff members, Phyllis if I remember her name correctly, was extremely helpful. She was very sweet and patient with me over the phone. She answered all of my questions with such reassurance. With such caring and professional staff working for these apartments I feel much more comfortable with planning on moving here. I was on the fence about my decision.... but this sweet young woman made me certain this place would be good fit for me and my husband. I thought the pricing was little high, but after speaking with Ms. Phyllis, I am convinced!

They will increase your rent every year despite your low quality of living! Yes EVERY YEAR. We have lived here for 4 years and our rent has increased every year despite the fact our quality of life has massively gone down. First, they have an insane roach problem. They will make you pay a pest control fee yet nothing has changed. No matter how much we clean and they spray there are roaches nearly every day in different parts of our apartment. It’s disgusting. On top of that the pool is open 3 months out of the entire year and it was closed the entire summer. They finally opened it half way through August and still would close it early with excuses. Again, you will pay for amenities you won’t even have access to. We emailed the actual management company with our complaints and they didn’t even have the respect to ever respond to us.
