Heather Ridge Apartments

Rise heather ridge has been wonderful to me. I just moved this month. Dawn the leasing manager was magnificent! She got me locked in pretty much same day. The approval was smooth along with the move in as well. Dawn was so welcoming. She didn’t make me feel like most places. The whole feeling of “get out! you’re bothering feeling.” Me and my daughter love the place. A big time upgrade. I can’t wait to continue this journey at rise.

I recently moved into my apartment and had an amazing experience with management. Dawn was absolutely the best she was incredibly helpful, patient, and provided all the information I needed throughout the process. She made everything smooth and stress-free, and I truly felt supported from start to finish. I’m very happy with my new place and grateful for such great management. Highly recommend!

THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM ME!! In the beginning everything was fine but I ended up having to relocate for my job. I communicated everything and requested info on how to end my lease early THE RIGHT WAY. I was told multiple different fees/prices from MULTIPLE different employees. I fought for a week straight trying to figure out if I’m spending $900 or $3k…. That’s how big the difference was… I even took off work to go sign paperwork and when I got there they couldn’t find it!!! How do you not know where paperwork is for your residents. After a week straight of fighting I finally paid WHAT I WAS TOLD TO PAY. Now I am getting calls from a debt collector telling me I didn’t pay ANYTHING and actually owe more. I have the receipts!!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.

I came out to visit my aunt and she was having some issues. Well it took one call and maintenance came out in no time. This really meant a lot as my aunt is elderly and she can’t move like she used to. So to the husky guy with the bright smile thank you so much for your kindness and quick skills to my aunt!

Please reconsider if you’re thinking of leasing here! Pest control is not helpful although I pay for it monthly. Let’s not forget sometimes you may request for treatment and services are not offered. I’ve experienced this problem since the beginning of my lease. Save your money and time to lease elsewhere! Don’t get me started on the exit gate not working and the main gate operating when it feels like it.
