Love my new home !!!! Kathy was so helpful when touring the apartments and during the application process. She made sure to get my approved for the actual apartment I wanted I’m so thankful for her 🙏🏽!!!

Shout out to Ms. Kathy!! She is one of the leasing consultants in the office. I have been living here going on nine years this September. When I say I have seen so many people come and go within the office. Ms. Kathy has been one of the most genuine people I have met. When she says she is going to do something. She does it! When she tells you she will follow back up with you. She does it! I have put in countless maintenance requests. When I call because it is a problem. Ms. Kathy jumps right on it. Problem fixed the same day. I greatly appreciate her and her time. She is dedicated to her residents. The whole office team is under new management and I can see the difference they are making. I pray this team stays together for months to come. Thank you HEATHERGLEN STAFF 😊.

Moving into Heather Glenn Townhomes has been an amazing experience from start to finish. The community is clean, quiet, and welcoming, and our move-in process could not have gone more smoothly. A huge shoutout to Mrs. Kathy, who was absolutely awesome throughout the entire process. She was kind, helpful, and always quick to answer any questions we had. Her attention to detail truly made us feel cared for. The sweetest surprise was the welcome care package she left on the counter for us when we arrived such a thoughtful touch that made our new place feel like home right away. If you’re considering moving to Heather Glenn Townhomes, I highly recommend it. And if you have the chance to work with Mrs. Kathy, you’ll be in great hands!

I have been a resident for 3 years. The staff is always very respectful and understanding. Marisela has been especially helpful with any issues or questions we may have whether regarding charges or maintenance needed. Grateful to live in a residence that doesn’t seem emotionless and purely transactional. I would definitely recommend Heather Glen to my friends and family!
