A/C has gone out 8 times in 18 months and they don't fix it. If you can't handle heat don't move here

Since I've been staying at Fielder Crossing this is the most good line of communication so far! Excellent leasing staff and a wonderful property manager. Our Grand-Opening for our pool was a vibe! Great job to our staff and leasing manager Daniella.

Truly have to rave about how GREAT the new property manager is! Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Love to see her and the staff turn this place around! Daniella is great! Manny Calvino has always been ready and quick to respond to the slightest little problem that I have. He did a fine job preparing the place when I first moved in.

I love this property so much. The management (*now) is awesome I love the family friendly community I lived at this property before in 2020 and returning back after 5years I love it even more specifically Daniella she is very kind friendly and fair I feel like I can depend on her and her staff to make sure we as a property are always good!

See lots of negative reviews of this place. I don't know if they've gotten new management or listened to the reviews, but these guys have been awesome. I toured with Celeste and talked with Daniella, and throughout my application process they were mostly responsive ( cant blame them for being 100% responsive now can we they got things to do too ), very transparent and open, and very easy to work with. For exmple, I was quoted a price for a unit, but online the application price was almost ~100$ more. They were able to honor the quoted price, not the online price, and they said I didn't need to submit a 2nd application. During the tour, Celeste was amazing, detailing lots of niceties about the apartment, and really walking me through out the grounds to see the facilities. Definetly an older complex, but it looks like its been maintained well. Celeste, Daniella, thank you, and I am looking forward very much to finalizing and leasing with Fielder Crossing!
