We’ve really enjoyed living in our townhome at Ennova Highlands. It honestly feels more like renting a home than living in an apartment. Having a private entrance and attached garage makes a big difference, and the two-story layout gives us the space and privacy we were looking for in a rental townhome. The community itself is quiet and well kept, and the location is super convenient for shopping, restaurants, and commuting. If you’re searching for new construction townhomes for rent that offer modern finishes and a comfortable neighborhood feel, Ennova Highlands is definitely worth checking out. We’re really happy with our decision to move here.

After touring several townhomes in Arlington, Ennova Highlands stood out immediately. The floor plans are thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and private entrances that give it a true residential feel. The move-in process was smooth and well organized. They made you a basket fill up with wine and some snacks. The leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive to all my questions. The apartment was clean and ready upon my move-in, and maintenance handled requests quickly within “a day”. The community is quiet and in a convenient location. My parking spot still in construction period, but that okay I can wait 😊. Overall, a great move-in experience and I’m happy with my decision so far.

I love living at Ennova! Vanessa and the office team are always friendly, professional, and responsive. Phelan and Kamyia made my move-in smooth and comfortable and check in to make sure I’m happy. The community is quiet, peaceful, and truly feels like home. I feel safe, secure, and everything I need is right here with amazing amenities. And last but not least, Oscar in maintenance is phenomenal. He is respectful, prompt, and handles every request perfectly. The staff genuinely cares, and Ennova is a place you’ll be proud to call home!
