We’ve really enjoyed living in our townhome at Ennova Highlands. It honestly feels more like renting a home than living in an apartment. The move-in process was smooth and well organized. They made you a basket fill up with wine and some snacks. The leasing staff was friendly, helpful, and responsive to all my questions. The apartment was clean and ready upon my move-in, and maintenance handled requests quickly within “a day”. The community is quiet and in a convenient location. My parking spot still in construction period, but that okay I can wait 😊. Overall, a great move-in experience and I’m happy with my decision so far.
