My first rental place… I was so excited the lady helping me seemed to be knowledgeable and willing to help. Only to change my apartment to what she thought was best even though it had none of the accommodations I asked for…. OH I had been there for THREE months before I was told I had to get my own light company(leaving me and a toddler with Covid with no electricity Random one day) lol and they just added what they felt I owed with no communication or explanation…. apartment was Dirty initial move in… had to clean it out myself… they offered to send someone days after… once I moved i was harassed by the neighbors… there is no leasing office… so if they don’t answer your calls or texts YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE
