Realtors beware!!!! My client was informed by management (Danna) of 100% commission in an attempt to gain his tenancy. He moved in the August 1st and I have been getting the run around for two months. The general manager is NEVER around to speak. I have been there three times in person and have been given the run around each time. Again, please be mindful of the unprofessionalism of this group. I was told they could not provide me with corporate information due to me not being a tenant which turned out to be legally false. I am still trying to get the commission to this day.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The management here is extremely unprofessional, from the general manager down to the assistant manager. I recently had a serious issue with my roommate that resulted in me being locked out of the apartment. I went to the leasing office right at closing time (6 PM) and encountered the assistant manager, Jeanette, along with another leasing agent. I asked why the locks had been changed and was told my keys were deactivated by my roommate. While I understand that she has the authority to do so since I’m not on the lease, I have been living there for nearly a year. Despite explaining my situation and asking for help, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of willingness to assist. It’s worth noting that Jeanette is a friend of my roommate, which likely influenced her dismissive attitude. I was outside in the heat, holding my 10-month-old son, and was shown no empathy or support. Instead of offering help or even suggesting what steps I could take, they simply walked away. Left with no other option, I called the police. They informed me that, legally, I could take action to enter the apartment — even if that meant breaking in. I ended up kicking the door in to retrieve my belongings. Later that night, around 10 PM, while I was packing up, a police officer returned accompanied by Jeanette. The officer confirmed that my actions were lawful and no charges would be filed. Jeanette then proceeded to lie to the officer, claiming she had told me I could return the next day and she would let me in — something she absolutely never said. She simply left me outside earlier without offering any help. Overall, this experience was distressing, and the management’s lack of professionalism, empathy, and honesty was unacceptable

Living here has been a really positive experience. The community is well-kept, the neighbors are respectful, and maintenance is quick to respond whenever something comes up. It really feels like home. When it comes to applying, the process is definitely more thorough than some other places, but that’s actually a good thing. They require two forms of employment verification, which means they’re making sure the right people are moving in — not just anyone like at some apartments. It gives you peace of mind knowing you’re in a safe and stable community. I also want to give a shoutout to Victoria, the leasing agent. She makes the whole process smooth, explains everything clearly, and helps walk you through each step. She really goes the extra mile to make sure things work out. Overall, I’d highly recommend this apartment complex if you’re looking for a safe, well-run, and welcoming place to live.

I was just browsing around with no real plans to sign, but Danna at Debbie Lane Flats completely changed that. From the moment we spoke, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was looking for. She didn't pressure me at all-just gave me real, honest info and made me feel like I'd found someone who actually cared. The apartment she showed checked every box, and because of her, I didn't feel the need to look anywhere else. Her energy, professionalism, and personal touch sealed the deal. Easily the best apartment-hunting experience I've ever had!

I came in recently to tour a model unit and just walking into the leasing office I wanted to stay forever. It’s a beautiful property and the grounds were well kept and pristine. The office staff were so friendly and welcoming. Shon gave us the tour, and he was so informative and fun! I’ve never enjoyed apartment hunting this much. It was a great overall experience, and I’m looking forward to making this place our new home!
