It's been years since i needed an apartment. I was anxious and overwhelmed. Christine , the leasing agent really came through for me. She made the extra effort to assist me with every step of the application. Media devices and applications are my kryptonite. I have an apartment , now. She was patient and it was so nice to receive all the guidance through the process. Can't wait to move in.

Please AVOID this apartment complex at all costs. From day one, I’ve dealt with a bug infestation, mold under the sink, ruined carpets, and broken or missing drawers. This place was not move-in ready, and they knew it. Maintenance is a joke — you can submit requests, call, email, and follow up over and over, and you will still be ignored. I’ve been more than patient, but this is clearly the only way to get any sort of response, if one even comes at all. The front desk staff may seem nice before you move in, but that attitude disappears the moment you sign your lease.

Don’t move here when I first moved in nothing was done the apartment was un livable the heating and AC was horrible nothing worked right and that caused my electric to be 400$ never use Ambit energy and I can never get pest control when I payed for it the apartment was the worst I ever lived in and every month the amenities changed in price and if you live in the back they had you parking in dirt so nasty and the highway noise was outrageous. Oh and my keys went missing and I went to the office to make another one it was just very stressful living then the tub started peeling and you can see the nasty dirt just ask all questions and be careful, The Only good I can say is Christine in the office was very nice and Britney.

I absolutely hate everything about these apartments to the management to the people that live at the apartments to maintenance absolutely everything! The managers change feels like every 3 months which speaks volume. Neighbors will complain on you when they absolutely do the exact same thing. I’ve lived here for 2 years now and when I first got here I was promised things that never happened and I’ve told my concerns to all mangers that have been there why I’m no really sure when I told regional she didn’t even do anything. There are two employees that work for crossroads and they are very rude actually. Y’all should bring Aaron back as a manager he cared more than whoever is in management right now. It was cool for the first year DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!

Apartment had many issue upon move in that I was assured would be fixed, but the leasing office lies. Maintenance is incompetent and refuses to fix anything that they have to spend more than $20 on. Many units have been without A/C all summer with heat index rising to 115 some days. I was without A/C for 3 weeks until I called code enforcement which scared them into fixing it. Moldy walls and ceilings, door was broken and would not close for weeks until my family member threatened to file a lawsuit and they re-sealed it to where it would close but door was still deteriorating. The property itself is a complete eye-sore, pictures are edited or were taken a long time ago. Website claims to have a fitness center but there is no fitness center. The high-calorie ladies in the leasing office are never on the same page and cannot keep there lies straight. Luckily was able to find somewhere else to rent and broke lease
