DONT MOVE HERE! now that my lease is up this month I want to share how horrible these apartments are they did a bait and switch on me! The carpet was dirty and smelled of cat piss when I moved in they never did anything about it! They didn’t clean the apartment before I moved in they are ROACH infested nothing works! We’ve had sex offenders on the property playing with kids! Run as fast as you can from here not worth it!

What can I say I live in these apartments for 2 years and the last year I was the worse year for us ….. They were always cutting the water off without any notice. I remember one time we were in the shower and they cut the water off so we had shampoo soap all over it. It could not run our bodies…. it took them almost 4 months to give me a new lease because the old landlord left without doing my lease and the new landlord came in to try to fix it. Then they double charged me rent on top of that. It was an apartment downstairs for me, they did not clean out right away. They started cleaning it with somebody was trying to move in. They bombed that apartment downstairs that was roach infested, and all the roaches came up to my apartment. We tried several times to get rid of the roaches and no help was there not to mention we went seven months without air because the air conditioner went out and they kept saying they were waiting on a unit. I have an asthmatic child who cannot stay in a house like that. These are one of the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. I will never recommend anybody to live in these apartments, not dealing with roaches the water getting cut off them not coming to fix stuff on time you sit and wait months after months after months before things get fixed. I am so happy that God has blessed us to move into our first home and out of that darkness every time we will cook roaches will pop out from under the stove. I will ask them to give me a new stove to give me a new refrigerator. They refused several times whoever they used to come to spray they were not spraying. They were using water because the roaches got worse I feel like when they were cleaning out one apartment they should bomb all the apartment instead of roaches live there for free that my last seven months was the worst month of my life, it was hot roach infested could not breathe half the time sometimes we had to eat out because we did not wanna cook due to the roaches being everywhere when people move out they need to go in right away and clean up not wait months to clean up our apartment when they’re ready to move somebody in I did see this several times over in my unit.

Myself and my family including 3 toddlers have been forced to live with black mold for 4+ months. The absolute worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in or heard about. If you care about your health and safety please look elsewhere

This was after my service ticket for trash was closed. However the trash going down the steps and grass was picked up and was neat. Breezeways are always trashy not sure why not blown off when grass is mowed. Did speak to office this morning 4-3-2024 regarding trash. Hopefully gets taken care of

Where do i begin! First we were not allowed to see the apartment only the show room, kitchen cabinets we old bathroom cabinet looked like it was falling off the wall. Dishwasher broke took three weeks to replace. Toilet never flushed took three/four times to go down. Asked them to fix never did. When it rained hard it floods up to the door. Upstairs apartment had a leak had to live with water on the floor for three days they came and cut holes in my wall and left it never fixed the holes. First gates didn’t work and my car was broken into $1600 in damages all they said was sorry. All the outlets were too big and some didn’t even work. Sad to say I will never live there again. At the end of my lease they finally got a new manager that seemed sincere little too late.
