Would be 5 stars but I’ve recently been having a terrible problem with neighbors and noise all times of the day/night. At this point I think it’s beyond the leasing office control as I’ve already talked to them several times and they haven’t taken any action. It’s really just rude, inconsiderate people that live here now. I’ve lived here going on 3 years and have loved it until having this consistent issue. Now I’m ready for my lease expire so I can find peace and quiet elsewhere. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to NOT hear your neighbors tv/music playing while you’re trying to relax in your own apt. *update 09/22* Nobody from the front office has returned my emails/calls since April (now over 6 months ago) but they can call/text to threaten me with an eviction because of an unpaid pet fee? The leasing office is over 40 minutes away from this location so I can’t just drive over there on a moments notice. It would be nice to have a leasing office that actually answers the phone. I’ve called Arlington police about the noise and they say the leasing office needs to be involved (which clearly they refuse to) or file a civil suit. Also I forgot to mention the roaches like the other past tenants review! They finally stopped coming out in large groups a few weeks ago. I’ve been so shaken up by my neighbors making noise all throughout the day and night, the roaches trying to move in with me are a minor issue. I can’t get enough sleep to work the 12+ hours days to even be able to afford the rent as they keep up charging. I’m very disappointed with having to end my lease come November, but I need peace above everything else. Oh yeah last but certainly not least, I don’t feel safe with the actual structure of the building. I came home on my birthday last month from being out of town, to my bedroom ceiling caved in. I was told it was caused by the upstairs neighbor A/C flooding, but honestly I’m not sure how believable that is. It’s fixed now thanks to me harassing maintenance, but I still worry that I could be home while something like that happens again. Overall dont let the all utilities fool you, run from chalet and anything owned by Waller group!!

The apts were remodeled nicely, perfect for 1 or 2 people. Loved the layout and that it was all bills paid. However, it was difficult to reach anyone at the office. The neighbors were beyond LOUD and I'm sure someone upstairs was making meth. I lived there 2 years and toward the end there were roaches. I would have stayed longer if not for the neighbors and pests. Adorable little complex.

I lived there for 3 years and it was a great place for me. It was the perfect size for me and my 2 dogs and a great rate! The property manager is friendly and accommodating. The area is quiet and close to the university which is super convenient!
