I've really enjoyed living here as single adult. Just enough space for what I need, plus wash and dryer included. Karen is the best property manager you could ask for!!! The only thing missing in these units is central air, but we can't have it all. Lol.

I lived here for 3 years with my now wife and had a very pleasant experience. This was our first apartment and they made the entire process moving in and out amazing. They are on the smaller side and it does get warm in the summers and cold in the winter due to the the A/C being a window unit, but we couldn't have found a better home closer to UTA with friendlier staff. The one time we needed emergency maintenance due to water, he was there in less than 3 minutes, fixed the issue, AND helped us clean up the mess. As for bugs, there is monthly pest control for that. We would find maybe 1 or 2 DEAD roaches a month, if that, which was perfectly fine for us. The apartment complex itself has been evolving over time as well. While we stayed there, motion detection lights were added at the dumpster areas, black mesh screens to help block out the sun were added to the windows, our porches were enclosed (which made them look nicer on the outside), doggy bag stations were added to residents could help keep the grounds nice when taking their pets out, added an online payment method, and probably more that have slipped my mind at the time of writing this. I can go on and on about how quiet it was and how safe we felt but this will turn into an essay then lol. All in all, it was perfect for us for our college journey and we appreciate everything. Thank you!

This was my first ever apartment and I was very pleased with my year at Center Chase. For starters, Zana, the landlord, is extremely kind and helpful. She always had my best interest in mind which was very comforting as someone who was living alone for the first time. I especially recommend this apartment to UTA students, being able to walk to class everyday was super convenient. Overall I was very happy with the place, it was quiet and there were absolutely zero bugs (which is a hard find for an apartment that close to campus). I definitely recommend!

Zana was a great property manager and was always helpful. She listened closely to any needs we had and we did not have problems with lingering issues. The area is nice, close to UTA, and the value is good. We would have stayed longer if we hadn’t needed to move closer to family. It was a very good and high-quality experience. Juan is awesome as the maintenance guy, and everyone associated with them is very helpful. I would recommend it if you’re single or two people and looking for a nice area.
