Cedars at River Legacy Park

I went with my husband to this property on Monday. We are looking for a 1bed apto home in the area and we had the pleasure to meet Florencia Signorelli the assistant manager and it was a pleasure to interact with a such great professional customer service experience. For people like her we will recommend this place and we will lease an apartment in this community. Thank you Florencia for your service and keep doing what you are doing with that passion.

I feel obligated to share my experience. Upon moving into my designated two-bedroom unit in late 2022, which did not match its description as it had one bedroom and an office or den, I faced considerable difficulties. Despite my urgent requirement to move, the previous management team presented numerous obstacles. Frankly, I would not recommend the units to prospective tenants. However, with the new management team in place, the complex has seen notable improvements in cleanliness and efficient trash collection. I particularly want to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to Miss Flor, who provided exceptional assistance in transferring me to my new apartment. I am extremely satisfied with my current unit, which has surpassed my expectations. Miss Flor, your kindness and support are deeply appreciated.

Great experience renting an apartment at this community. Moved in my apartment this past weekend, and I love it. Nice property, and the best part was Celena. She helped me every step of the way to get me what I needed. She really knows her craft, and I couldn't be more thankful for her and the team at Cedars at River Legacy Park!

I want to give a special thank you to Florencio Signorelli since she took over as assistant community manager, things have been wonderful at willow Bridge. she makes an effort to connect with the residents through office meet-and- greets and atmosphere here has improved so much. She makes us feel welcome and truly beautiful here. I really appreciate how responsive and efficient the management team is.

We had a great experience working with Celena! She was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about every detail of the apartment and the rental process. She made everything easy and clear for me and my parents, and what I really appreciate is that she’s still helping us even after they moved in. Celena truly goes above and beyond.
