There is a guy by the name of Mario, that sells the parking spaces/garages during any event such as Cowboy Games, Concerts, etc. I was here visiting my family and he insisted that my family moved their car out of the parking space even though they’re a resident that has a parking sticker. He is extremely rude and really rubbed us the wrong way as if he was racists. I can only imagine if others had to deal with him! Bad attitudes and bad customer service makes living somewhere like this sucks! Please ask him to be nicer to RESIDENTS! I was told he doesn’t even live in the townhomes he’s just there to sell the parking spaces! What a way to treat residents! Shame on you Mario!

It's 2024 and every other year I make a review on this place. And yes I currently do still live here. As far as management there on point no issues. And they're like family. Very friendly. Very nice. Very helpful to the best of their ability. The owner on the other hand let me tell you how my place is. This place is probably about 40 something years old, maybe older. It has not been updated to today's standard meaning no smoke detectors. Electrical is outdated. Walls are dry. Rotted residents are nice rather than a lot of family and we are possibly getting ready to move out. So here we are January 31st of the new year and my lease has to be renewed and it's going up almost $200. Yep. $1,600 a month for a place this in major need of renovation You guys take it how you take it. There's the math. There's some work. Be well

The property manager Tonya is so rude. I came in simply to ask if there were any units coming available . From the moment I walked through the door she gave me attitude. Never looked me in my eyes and continued to roll her eyes at me. I have never been so disrespected in my life. After being rude she finally answered my question and told me to follow up with her in couple days to see if she had anything. So I finally wait and call back and guess what she still has an attitude. Tells me she not going to repeat herself more than once. Excuse me man if I ask you a question and need clarification I expect you to answer me professionally. Management definitely needs to look into this woman and get someone else in there fast. NO PEOPLE OR SOCIAL SKILLS.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Just moved in! The manager is awesome to work with! She was very knowledgeable about the units, giving my roommate and me all information up front before deciding on this place. The location is perfect being near everything. Traffic can be a nighmare during games, but its stay home time or walking to the events either way so it doesn't bother me. I love my new home, there is so much storage in my kitchen, and the skylights are beautiful!

This place is a joke! We lived on many military bases and moved here when we got out. Lived here for 4 years when "management" changed it got worse. They have 1 maintenance man who works his tail off with no help so don't expect things to get fixed as needed. He works well into the morning trying to fix things. The owner is to money hungry to bring on any help for him. Don't plan on having people over on a regular day much less an event day or you will be harassed by the tow truck drivers and the horrible dude at the bar. I could go on but I'll spare my fingers of this horrible place. I good thing I can say is we had some pretty awesome neighbors that would agree with me.
