I've had an amazing experience at Brixton west and a huge part of that is thanks to the property manager, Maria. From day one, they’ve been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Whether it's handling maintenance requests quickly or making sure the community stays safe and clean, she truly goes above and beyond. It’s rare to find someone who not only does their job well but also treats residents with kindness and respect. Highly recommend this place especially with Maria running the show!

Office staff always greets you with a smile Maria the property manager was really helpful on giving me and my family all the information I needed I also was talking with residents out side the office and the say the office are prompt to putting in work orders and maintenance attends to them on a timely manner. This property is not one of the new one we all see around but I can definitely consider this a home. Great location and good vibes over all.

I have lived in this community for a while now and the new ownership was a much needed change here. Quick response to maintenance service request is remarkable. Their upgraded units are totally worth it. Just moved to an upgraded unit myself. It’s modern, great looking and pleasant.
