I lived at the Bexley Mansfield apartments for about a year and I would like to say my experience overall was enjoyable:) I felt that the staff and maintenance team was overall super helpful and very kind to me and my boyfriend. Any request I had was always completed within less than 3 days. Any questions about my account was always answered by the front staff team! I spoke to Jasmine when I first moved in and she was overall amazing. The only cons I will say would be the noise but that is expected living so close to the highway as well as being in apartment living. I would have continued leasing here if I had not found a job that was farther away as well as the rent increase.

Shout out to the Staff in Office super friendly and attentive, it’s always a pleasure to meet and talk with them. Also to the hard working maintenance team, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The grounds are looking nice and all maintenance orders are always taking care of in a snap. Thank you everyone. We love living here and can only recommend the Bexley Mansfield apartments.

My husband and I recently toured the Bexley Apartments and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We were shown around by Josh, who was not only direct and informative but also had an amazing personality that made the tour both enjoyable and efficient especially impressive on such a busy day. The community itself left a great impression. The gym was spotless and well-equipped, and we loved seeing several residents out walking or relaxing by the pool, it really added to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The apartment we toured was beautifully maintained and truly spotless. We instantly fell in love! We can’t wait to apply here. If you’re considering moving here, we highly recommend taking a tour!

Me and my partner have had continuous great experiences with this apartment complex. Jasmine and Erica gave us multiple amazing tours that highlighted the level of service that Bexley offers. A huge shout out also goes to Joshua for being amazing with all of our questions and concerns. He was so patient and understanding and a great person to talk with. I recommend this apartment highly for anyone concerned with quality and customer service! -Elijah, Lexi, Lauren

1. PARKING SUCKS. this property become a storage complex or junk yard for cars that are inoperable which makes parking that much more difficult bc more times than not I have to park OUTSIDE of the gate (unsecured) for lack of parking or far away from my apartment -yes I’m on the wait list but WHO knows when one will become available and how close it will be to my apartment-and that too, comes with a fee. Albeit the staff is kind, it doesn’t excuse the shortcomings of the property. People double park across to lanes-I’m assuming to secure parking for a neighbor-friend or their 2nd vehicle. It is tacky and if at all necessary, it is shameful that it’s the only way that driver could ensure him/herself parking. The community nitpicks on minute hiccups but doesn’t and hasn’t even addressed my email on observation about the aforementioned issues. I’ve seen a vehicle parked across the fire lane into the street causing motor vehicle operators to either maneuver around the unoccupied and wrongfully parked vehicle or wait for oncoming vehicles to pass since they are unable to pass simultaneously. (But the staff is nice). 2. Neighbor complaints hold weight but are empty- Be careful to not rub your neighbors the wrong way bc they may just complain and it becomes part of your “file” which could prevent you from moving into a bigger apartment (giving them more money). The appalling part of that is there is not supporting documents, videos, etc. validating such bogus complaint. Yet, when a complaint is made due to that very neighbor having weekend party and blasting loud music, it falls on deaf ears-it’s the hypocrisy for me. (But the staff is nice). 3. Smokeless property? Anything but. However, I got a warning about the evidence of burning sage in my apartment home, yet a see a guest coming out of the apartment home of a leasing consultant straight smoking a cigarette! Not a vape, but a firelit cigarette! Again, it’s the hypocrisy for me. (But the staff is nice). 4. TRASH- try getting a “violation” or warning thereof for not having your trash in the bin. No matter how lightweight, no holes, tightly secured, no smells, out during period of time outline on the trash butler flyer, it needs to be in the bin. The hypocrisy is, trash is supposed to be picked up by the trash vendor (literally, they are TRASH) beginning at 8p-yet they’ve come as early as 7:50p (8p is 8p), meaning that if they’ve already run and you put your trash out at 7:55p, you may have missed them. Likewise, you “must” per Bexley Mansfield and trash butler, have your bin INSIDE of your dwelling (or on patio) by 9a the following day, yet my neighbor continues to put stinky trash out all day long. The office has yet to address or violate them (aside from the real time photos that has been sent) bc they have yet to stop leaving their bin out after 9a! -again, it’s the hypocrisy for me- but the staff is kind.
