Bexley Central Park

I recently moved out of Bexley Central Park after living there for four years, and I can honestly say it was one of the best apartment living experiences I’ve ever had. From the property itself to the staff, this place truly felt like home. I especially want to recognize Brenda. She is absolutely amazing. Every concern or issue I ever had, she went above and beyond to address with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in making people feel heard and supported. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Brenda consistently exceeded expectations. What stood out most to me over the years was the empathy and humanity from the staff. During some of the most difficult moments of my life, they were always kind, courteous, understanding, and even checked in on me throughout the process. That level of compassion means more than I can put into words. Living here never felt transactional. It felt like family. I will truly miss calling Bexley Central Park home, and I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and the people who made it so special. Thank you again to Brenda and the entire team for four wonderful years.

I currently live here , in the first floor of my building. The apartment right above us is leased to a third party company they have a contract with so every 6 months or so we have what it seems like frat guys coming in and out of that apartment being obnoxiously loud , doesnt seem like any of them work so they stay up till 12-3 am banging on the ceiling above our room. Then they wake up at 1pm and bang and are super loud all day long ... Ive called the office about this multiple times and nothing ever gets done. Every time we call the attendant for noise complaints at 2am they seem to make even more noise and now on purpose. We even have videos but Bella one of the office staff stated she couldnt take the video footage because someone got caught making the noise themselves , i dont know who would have time to do that at 2am every night specially when we have jobs. Anyways, that's something to think about if you like to enjoy your apartment and value your sleep. Seems like they dont do much to enforce quiet hours in these apartments and are very lenient when it comes to holding tenants accountable. Also theres 0 sound proofing so that also makes any banging , running, stomping 100× worse. For the price we pay every month we should be receiving better assistance with this situation. Again rules arent enforced here people leave trash out all weekend , park in handi cap spots , they have aggressive breeds of dogs that attack other dogs and nothing is ever done theres nothing that screams " luxury" here.

Great place to live. The staff here are polite and responsive, and they keep us informed about events and anything going on in the community. Maintenance is fast and reliable; Josias is always friendly and professional. He’s helped me out several times and always gets things fixed quickly

These apartments are the very best. The customer service is amazing and the office staff really looks out for your well being. They are also really great at solving any issues you may have immediately. The maintenance crew is very respectful when being in your home, and fast and efficient. I hope that more apartments learn from this staff in other places. If you're looking for security, great apartment layout design, amazing amenities then check this place out you won't regret it.😁

I moved here back in Aug of 2025 and I don’t regret at all. My husband and I love the amenities and how clean the complex stays. Friendly staff, office and lounge spaces always smell great. Not to mention, we have Epic Centre right behind our complex coupled with restaurants and great walking trail to spend family time. Lastly, we got Grand Prairie PD as close neighbors, which makes the community feel safer. Highly recommend this community, for singles, couples and families.
