I lived in Mr. Ying’s property for almost two years, and I truly appreciate the kindness and support he’s showed me throughout my time there. He is a very understanding and respectful landlord who genuinely cares about his tenants. Any time I needed help with something, he always tried his best to take care of it. I also appreciated the trust and independence he gave me as a young adult learning to manage things on my own. Even though I’m moving back home to help my family for a little while I hope in the future to have Mr. Ying as my landlord again. I’m very grateful for the experience I had living here and the journey it helped me grow through. Thank you, Mr. Ying. 谢谢您 for your hospitality and everything you’ve done. Property Owner cum Manager, Mr. Ying is an excellent person. Whenever, we faced any issues, we found Mr. Ying immediately taking care of those without any delay. From the pricing point of view, no other off campus housing near UTA could beat this property. Highly recommended!!!

Since I got here Mr Ying have been just wonderful. Cozy apartments, nice atmosphere, close to everything. Love it here.

The landlord Ying is helpful and absolutely fantastic.

Mr Ying is awesome apartment owner. He has always made himself available on call and in person and resolves issues immediately related to apartment such as problems with HVAC or mail issue. Also this location is close to University and has everything available within walking distance.
