I was a resident here at Belmont place Apartments for 3 years. Until November 2024, when everything had started, I made a maintenance report due to my bath tub was pealing off. They sent maintenance to gather everything that was needed to place the order but NEVER CAME BACK TO GET IT FIX ! Long story short , I stop making my regular monthly payments because they wouldn’t want to fix my tub knowing the fact I have a toddler and 1 year old and a new born baby ! The manager Jennifer FALSE PROMISE me to pay my upcoming rent in full and she was gonna get my tub fixed. I ended up having to take my kids to the ER multiple times due to rashes. Jennifer swears she cares for her residents! ALL SHE REALLY CARES IS FOR YOU TO PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME , PERIOD !

Went in to tour a 3 bedroom and Jennifer went above and beyond when I walked in and through the whole process I will highly recommend anyone to go see her if your in search of a home

Beautiful and clean Community. Amazing Maintenance Team. Fantastic Apartment Homes with excellent Renovated finishes. The Manger Jennifer is always so helpful and makes the process so smooth and easy. Looking for a place to call home Belmont is it!!

Jenniffer, the manager, is always super nice and professional. She makes sure the property always looks nice and clean. I recommend living here full heartedly. The maintenance are always on top of the service tickets, too!

Giving this a 1 is very generous!!!! I’ve never lived in an apartment like this EVER…. My sweet baby boy is covered in heat rash cause the A/C is not working and every time you call or go to the office they are always closed but if you don’t pay your rent on or before the 1st you get all kinds of emails and texts.. smh the worst decision I’ve ever made was moving here without reading the reviews. Water was coming into my apartment everytime it rained for months before it got fixed (4 months to be exact) now my a/c isn’t working…don’t call this place your home and now I see why so many people are moving out
