Everytime you renew your lease the price increase also the property is haunted across the street there is a cemetery and mortuary plenty of supernatural stuff happens in the apartments The events did happen despite their comment don't believe them they always lie even about rent and what has been paid

Great maintenance service and wonderful office staff I’ve loved living here it’s so peaceful

to all the people thinking about moving here, DO NOT DO IT. it may look all sweet because of there nice flower bed and nice office and that may get you to lease it out but that is all a TRAP! The staff are rude. They promise you stuff and don't do it in time. And the main problem about this place is that they are ROACHES, SPIDERS, AND RODENTS in the apartment! Our apartment was beyond infested with roaches and we tried to get rid of them every time. we did not know what caused them considering our apartment was always clean!!. They kept coming back and no matter what we did to get rid of them. They still came back. Pest control is no help. They might hide but they will still come back. Almost handle in your kitchen will break because they are not as sturdy. And there is alot of cracks in these apartment's so bugs can squeeze there way in. So all these other reviews are true! Go check for youself and waste your money. you have been warned

I went to the Belmont today and spoke with Brittney. She was very nice and helpful. She made me feel warm and welcomed. I'm looking forward to moving into the Cossroads apts.
