Leasing agent Melanie Ward was very professional and knowledgeable and showed me several units and the discounts with each unit I was showed. She assisted me with my application. She even provided me with refreshments during he process and spirits!!…from gifts they gave away during an event they have called “Wine Down Wednesday”. The residents that seen her as she showed me the property seemed to really love her! She even told me about 2nd chance leasing for individuals that may have no credit or a few collections. I think I’m going to love it here!!!

Melanie is beautiful, always smiling and very nice. Every time I come I feel it...same smile and everything. She has assisted me with my application,rental insurance and moving company...moved in yesterday and everything went smoothly. Thanks Melanie for the smooth transition to Bardin Oaks.

Melanie at Bardin Oaks Apartments truly went above and beyond for us. She stayed late to make sure everything was taken care of and never made us feel rushed. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, and provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. Beyond that, she has such a beautiful spirit and made the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. My husband and I truly appreciate her and are so grateful for her help. Highly recommend asking for Melanie. 5 stars for Melanie!

I did not end up choosing Bardin Oaks, because I had a better place as far as location for my job, but I had an exceptional experience with Mrs. Melanie Ward. She was so professional, and she went out her way to answer all our questions. She also sat and gave me a price breakdown of all the possible fees, since my credit is not the best. She was a blessing. As long as Mrs. Melanie is in that office, I feel like so many issues are being solved with a big heart. She is awesome. Thank you Melanie

Melanie was great and very informative! Went on a tour (do not live here). A older complex but overall looked very well kept. Hopefully prices drop, 4 stars bc of the pricing.
