Arlington Hills

5month update: I’ve enjoyed living here for the most part, but there are definitely things that need to be addressed. I will be posting pictures. While the property managers are great, the residents are a bit lazy. The trashes overflows even with an empty dumpster next to it! The hallways and stairwells are consistently trashed and nasty. I’ve dealt with roaches that don’t belong to me. 😩 Residents do not clean up after their pets, but I absolutely lost it when pee was left in the hallway. 😑. I’m’ slightly embarrassed and I DO NOT proudly invite people over. The smells in the hallways makes me want to punch the air every single time. My stomach is not strong enough for thiss. Lastly, we can’t forget that parking is TERRIBLE. Application process (8/2025) This has been the easiest transition I’ve ever experienced. Tina has been the best ever! She made this application process a breeze. Every question I had, she answered. Can’t wait to see what’s in store for this next phase and new home. Thank you Tina!

Jocelyn has been amazing very thorough....very.sweet kind and understanding. Tina was great as well. Jocelyn was great she helped us out via email when I could not get off from work in time she was always quick responding to emails and Tina would help too. Everything was explained very carefully. The vibe ans mood is always helpful..we are very happy.

We are so thankful that Tina and Joselin helped us a lot along the way. They are the kindest people that I ever met. The Staff is awesome !

Management need new caring for tenants and true this woman instead of doing all this evictions need some conviction themselves told light needed be fixed put in order nothing have roaches even bed bugs on my new mattress no answer. Call there always hiding in the business center they sue to open at 830 now they open at 9 sometimes 930am and how is it one that works there lives on site cant come help or open early they will charge you water for each tenant that lives there or even if they don't noisy kids live and dont do anything about noise complain pool always dirty should I say more you have better chance living at a second chance apartments
