Apartment is large and spacious, management is attentive when you respect them. If you have issues email them and enter maintenance request. Maintenance has improved their speed time. Before moving into your apartment make sure you are using home defense to take care of pest (bugs and spiders).

Lupe Hernandez is a heaven send❤️ She helped me through out my entire application process! Upon move in, I had a maintenance request, which was executed by Hector M.! Hector came right in and got straight to work! He listened to my needs and worked swiftly and got everything taken care of in NO TIME!! He's amazing and if I had the choice I would pick him every time! Great work today Hector! Your efforts are noticed! Thank you!

I’ve been here for about a month almost and honestly everything was a breeze. I read the reviews and was skeptical about leasing here but as of right now there is no regrets at all. I’ll come back to this post and edit it if my decision changes. From Isaiah to Lupe all of my questions/concerns been handled in a professional manner.

Front desk lady with the long ponytail didn’t introduce herself at all. She kept giving misinformation and then correcting herself only when I brought the facts from the website. She started by saying she ONLY had Classics to view not the renovated until the 10th with the pricing being $1500 and stated the pricing changes daily. When I pulled up the website it CLEARLY showed the Magnolia Renovated available April 9th starting at $1400. Then all of a sudden she can’t show it because her guys haven’t started on it yet… but someone is supposed to be able to apply for it on the 9th?? She said when it’s leased that’s when they start getting it ready. So, people are supposed to just go off of videos and pictures on the website and apply based on that without seeing the unit in person?? Why is she sitting here lying and being condescending? Very unprofessional and icky behavior. She didn’t even offer a tour of the grounds or anything. We sat at her desk being fed lies and rudeness. She didn’t give a business card or offer any type of follow up. She needs to be fired and to find a new line of work.
