Absolutely the Worst Apartment Experience Ever – Do Not Rent Here! I’ve had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience living in these apartments. There are serious issues with hygiene, maintenance, and overall management — and despite multiple complaints, nothing ever gets resolved. 1. Roach Infestation: No matter how many times we raise complaints about the roaches, the leasing office completely ignores us. Even when pest control shows up (after repeated requests), they barely do anything — just a quick spray, often not even inside the unit. The roaches return within hours, crawling all over the kitchen, bathroom, and walls. It’s disgusting and unsanitary. 2. Maintenance Negligence: I’ve been dealing with a leak from the ceiling caused by the air conditioner for months. I’ve submitted several maintenance requests, but they mark them as completed without ever showing up. This is dishonest and dangerous. Water damage can lead to mold, and management acts like they don’t care at all. 3. Exterior Conditions & Cleanliness: The common areas are filthy. Trash sits around, bug nests are forming on the exterior walls, and there’s no regular cleaning done by the maintenance team. When asked, they told us we are responsible for cleaning outside our units — which is outrageous for the rent we pay. 4. Drug Activity: There is a constant smell of marijuana in and around the apartments. It seeps through the vents and makes it uncomfortable to even sit in your own home. It’s clear that management is doing nothing to address this ongoing issue despite many residents complaining. 5. Horrible Management: The leasing office staff is unprofessional, unresponsive, and indifferent. They only care until you sign the lease. After that, you’re on your own. Maintenance tickets are ignored, follow-ups go unanswered, and even in emergency situations, you’re lucky if anyone responds at all. 6. Zero Accountability: There’s no one you can escalate issues to — they just keep cycling the same lies and marking requests as “resolved” without ever actually doing anything. You could write pages of complaints and still get no action. It’s a complete waste of time and energy. Avoid this place at all costs. You’ll be paying for nothing but stress, pests, and poor living conditions. There are absolutely no positive aspects of living here — you’re better off looking elsewhere.
